Our Centers and Programs comprise
three levels: Departmental, University,
and Educational.

NSF I/UC Research Center for Fuel
Cells: The National Science
Foundation selected the USC's College
of Engineering and Computing to
help lead the nation's fuel cell
initiatives by performing research
with industry aimed at developing
and commercializing the use of fuel
cells.

Center for Electrochemical Engineering
(CEE): Since inception, CEE's
object has been to bring together
researchers in order to provide
specialized industry-specific research
for the battery, fuel cell, corrosion,
plating and metal finishing industries.
University

USC Nanocenter: The NanoCenter
promotes the activities of research
teams focused on nanoscale science
and engineering through funding,
instrumentation, support for collaborations,
and faculty and staff hiring.

South East Alliance for Graduate
Education and the Professoriate
(SEAGEP): A joint force with
Univ of FL and Clemson designed
to be a long-term, comprehensive
professional development program
to produce underrepresented minority
faculty in science and engineering.
