Alina was born in Romania. She earned her Bachelor degree in Chemistry of Organic Technology and Master degree in Biotechnology from “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi- Industrial Chemistry department in 2004. Her research experience was about Liquid-Liquid extraction - mass transfer operation for about 3 years. Alina joined Dr. Amiridis' group in June 2007 as a PhD student. She believes in “Mind for innovation and heart for commitment”.
