Zahra Nazar Poor

Zahra received her BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, and her Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Tehran in February 2006 . She worked on the synthesis of bimetallic catalysts for isobutane dehydrogenation reaction in her Master' thesis. Her research experience in catalysis area started when She worked in the Catalysis research center in Research Institute of Petroleum Industry - Iran from 2000 to 2002 and in Catalysis group of Iranian National Petrochemical company- research and technology for about 3 years. Zahra joined Dr. Amiridis' Group in Fall 2006 as a PhD student. Her present research is about the synthesis and characterization of supported metal nano catalysts for environmental applications.
